The following appeared before Mountainhome Magisterial District Judge John Whitesell and will head to Monroe County Court: David A. Naughton, 45, of Greentown; Christos Sphikas, 50, of Mount Pocono; and John E. Barrage, 72, of Coatesville, charged with driving under the influence.
